ABOUT THE Owner
Jerry Richmond is a proud US Navy veteran, who served 10 years for this great country. He likes to give back to the community and his fellow veterans in need. Jerry has a big heart and a passion for the things that he support. With that passion, what started as BBQ’ing around the house as a hobby turning into being a member of a pit crew 6 years ago. This took his skills to the next level. Jerry competes as part of a team several times per year. Each year they enter the American Royal the world series of BBQ contest in Kansas City Missouri.
Jerry cooking is an old southern form of cuisine with off the grill flare. He learned all his foundation from his grandmother. She has always cooked for gatherings and always seem to have people asking her to cook or how to cook something, which still goes on today. So, Jerry picked it up and now he is requested to cook just as she was. He decided to turn that hidden talent into JerryQue Barbeque catering. “It is something special to see people eat and enjoy every bite. When you know, the last bite is just as good as this first bite you have yourself a successful meal plan. ”
WE LOVE WHAT WE DO
We are proud to announce that since 2012 JerryQue Barbeque has been a part of the competing BBQ community. With our mouthwatering food, we have always stood out from the rest, in our own light. Initially, we focused all our attention on just the meat but over the past few years, we realized that we could do so much more with our passion for barbeques.
This realization leads us to think seriously about delivering quality meals right to your table.
The secret recipes passed on to us by our grandmothers and mothers when paired with our passion for barbeque, make good food great and your party the talk of your guests and this makes JerryQue the success that it is today.
